Diluted IAS 39 is worst of all results

The International Accounting Standards Board's new chairman, Ian Mackintosh, stated that Europe is not taking International Accounting Standards properly if it accepts a 'carved out' IAS 39. He also stated that it was 'the worst of results' for the contentious financial instruments standards.
