Duncan lauds teamwork

Widen and Kennedy Associate Media Dir Knox Duncan is convinced that team work and hard work are the keys to effective media buying practice. Duncan works only on one account together with 15 people who are part of his team. Despite the fact that he is working on only one account, Microsoft Corp, Duncan is faced with several challenges and diversity in his job. Launching Microsoft's Windows 95 was the most exciting launching that he worked on since it was launched on a global scale.

Dawson upends typical options

Article Abstract:

Martin/Williams VP-media director Lannie Dawson realized that she has not made a mistake in choosing media-buying as her lifetime career. After being with Martin/Williams for 12 years, Dawson says that she has never been bored with her job and is enjoying herself. Her best media ideas come when she is backpacking, canoeing, camping, scuba diving or biking. The part of her job, which is most appealing to her, is helping her clients hit their goals.
