Article Abstract:

According to Morgan Stanley, the prospects for the eurozone that has significantly enlarged over the next three to four years have clearly receded. While Poland and Hungary has refrained from an early adoption of the euro analysts expect more volatility in the months ahead as the prospects for convergence would become more depressing.

The central European countries have already integrated into the global economy than the southern European states were, just before joining the EU. In central Europe, certain positive changes have taken place for business, like introduction of a new law on economic activity to make it easier to set up new business.
