Aspects of process display design are examined in the context of the designer's and the operator's points of view. Operator tasks, the display content and the display form were emphasized and the distinction between them forms the basis for a display design method to match the industrial practice of modular plant design.

An experimental study on estimating human error probability (HEP) parameters for PSA/HRA by using human model simulation

Article Abstract:

A framework of Human Error Probability (HEP) parameters, required for Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) within a nuclear power plant, is presented. A laboratory experiment aimed to build a computer simulation model describing human cognitive behaviour on detection and diagnosis of plant anomaly causes.
