Enzyme family-specific and activity-based screening of chemical libraries using enzyme microarrays
Article Abstract:
Thematic enzyme microarrays (TEMA) was used to determine the full set of kinetic constants and the reaction mechanism between the microarrayed enzymes. The practical and theoretical methodology for quantitative, multiplexed determination of the inhibition profile of compounds from a chemical library against each microarrayed enzyme is presented.

Evaluation of external RNA controls for the assessment of microarray performance
Article Abstract:
Two types of External RNA controls (ERCs) were implemented and assessed and the behavior of different ERC types was investigated as part of the MicroArray Quality Consortium (MAQC) study. The results provide a basis for recommending the future use of ERCs in assessing assay performance across multiple platforms.
