F/A-18A/D Hornet Brake problems don't indicate flawed design
Article Abstract:
An US Navy spokesman said that brake problems in the Navy F/A-18A/D Hornet fighter aircraft did not indicate that the Boeing Co. erred by incorporating a flawed design or materials in aircraft. The exact situation as explained by the spokesman for the Navy F/A/ program in the Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland is outlined.

Multi-tasking LCS crew: Small but very busy
Article Abstract:
The future Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) need to be designed in such a way that limited personnel can efficiently perform multiple tasks. This makes each crew member critical and he must be trained fully before he can be assigned to an LCS.
