Gene knockdown by large circular antisense for high-throughput functional genomics
Article Abstract:
Single-stranded genomic DNA of recombinant M13 phages was tested as an antisense molecule and its usefulness in high-throughput functional genomics is examined. The results shows that an antisense sequence as a part of single-stranded LC-genomic DNA of recombinant M13 phages exhibit effective antisense activity.

Human disease classification in the postgenomic era: a complex systems approach to human pathobiology
Article Abstract:
A new approach to classifying human disease using conventional reductionism and incorporating the non-reductionist approach of systems biomedicine is explored. The approach aims to eliminate the lack of specificity in defining disease unequivocally.
