Global Hawk UAV readies for new sensors

Global Hawk, Northrop Grumman Corp.'s high-flying, high endurance unmanned aerial vehicle UAV) would be acquiring sharper eyes with the addition of new sensors delivered by subcontractor Raytheon Co. Northrop Grumman has finished 'acceptance testing' of the production units of the new integrated sensor suite, which is expected to add several amplifying technologies to the Global Hawk.
