This reorganisation should bring benefits over the two years from 1997 with some benefits already felt in 2nd half 1997. The company has increased its stake in the UK market. The company's pre-tax profit is forecast at 4.5 million pounds sterling for 1997 to 1998 by Panmure Gordon.
