The legal conflict between Gutnik (an Australian businessman) and Dow Jones & Company, Inc. (the owner of an online publication named Barron's Online), is presented. Mr. Gutnic sued Dow Jones & Company for defaming him in a Barron's article published on Dow Jone's website.
