High-tech pros look beyond Google hype

The mainstream media pointed to the success of the initial public offering (IPO) of the search engine company Google as a sign that the high-tech sector is back to the dot-com glory days. But the high-tech public relations (PR) executives are not optimistic about this sign and they are looking at better PR programming models to strengthen their relationship with customers.
