Article Abstract:

A recent report claims chief financial officers (CFO) at sizable corporations received three times the amount of remuneration of treasurers and controllers in 2000. Total compensation for CFOs including salary, bonuses, cash and stock incentives and option grants is close to $2.77 million, compared to treasurers and controllers who averaged $930,000.
