Humana Inc. executives have been engaged in the accumulation of stocks from Aug. 8 to Sep. 19, 1997. The move may be attributed to the expected earnings announcement that will be released by October's end. A total of 7,200 shares were purchased at the range of $23.50 to $24 each by three executives while another exercised her Non-Qualified options. George Vieth, Jr., VP for Development and Planning bought 1,800 shares while Officer Carol McCall purchased 5,400 shares. President - Division II Karen Coughlin incorporated 2,250 shares into her common holdings.
