Business activity monitoring (BAM) is a software that helps the managers in the identification of loans that need their attention and also in knowing the agent or team that hasn't fulfilled one of any number of assigned tasks. A case study of Pulte Holmes Inc., the fourth-largest U.S. home builder, which has used the BAM software in the management of oversight batch reports is presented.
