ICBC's e-banking, leads Chinese financial services into e-age
Article Abstract:
The e-banking service of ICBC, which is the largest commercial bank in China, is guiding the Chinese banking industry into Internet banking. From 1997-2000, ICBC has predominantly built up its original e-banking services for its customers. The outstanding achievements of ICBC from its e-banking business volume are examined. ICBC's organized business offices in China and its advanced e-banking service channels transformed ICBC into an advantageous multi-channel financial service system.
