Improving the quality of services marketing: service (re)design is the critical link

Article Abstract:

Marketers often make the mistake of ignoring service design, which can be vital in the link between quality management and service marketing. All industries can be considered service industries, with all businesses able to meet customer demands by offering a certain level of service quality. Various problem-solving techniques can be employed as part of the effort to improve service quality in line with management thinking.

Partner symmetries, partner conflict and the quality of joint venture marketing strategy: an empirical investigation

Research is presented concerning the development of a model which explores the managerial implications which result from partner conflict within joint venture marketing strategies. Forty joint venture companies in New Zealand are discussed.
