Intended and unintended termination of international joint ventures
Article Abstract:
The factors that lead to intended and unintended termination as well as the longevity of international joint ventures (IJV) are examined. It is revealed that 90 percent of all IJVs are unintended while the remaining 10 percent are intended which suggest that the termination of IJVs is considerably dependent on their formation.

Article Abstract:
Studies indicate that equity variable has a nonlinear, negative, and asymmetrical effect on dissolution. The impact of equity levels on morality of overseas subsidiaries based on an exhaustive analysis of Japanese subsidiaries is analyzed.
