Countryside properties

Article Abstract:

Countryside Properties is a United Kingdom house builder which has seen a drop in its stock price due to concerns about the UK market in 1999. The company performed better than expected in terms of its profit for 1997 to 1998. There could still be problems if fear of unemployment deters home buyers, and some funds are tied up due to land bought at high prices at the start of the 1990s.
