Journalists rap high-tech PR firms
Article Abstract:
A survey of leading high-technology journalists showed several complaints regarding the decline in the quality of services provided by public relations firms. The writers chided the PR pros for their lack of knowledge about their clients nor the publications and reporters they are pitching. The journalists also said that PR people do not have relations with the media, and are only providing marginal services to their clients.
