Less is more
Article Abstract:
Cerg Finance America's acquisition of treasury workstation provider XRT is just one of several consolidations that are taking place in the treasury workstation industry. Industry insiders believe that the acquisition can be attributed greatly to treasury executives who want more functionality, faster advances in technology and wider support and expertise from vendors. The wave of consolidation among treasury workstation firms has also resulted in lowering of prices of products that are more functional.
