The company should benefit from the increased popularity of outsourcing. Customer loyalty and client spread have helped keep the company's cash flow strong. The company's management owns 80% of the shares creating liquidity problems but Moorepay shares are recommended for investors in Oct 1995.

A dull market

EW Fact has been affected by increased competition and a fall off in the UK market for accountancy training which accounts for nine tenths of the company's business. The company's profit is forecast at 2 million pounds sterling for 1995 rising to 2.2 million pounds for 1996 by Credit Lyonnais. The company is offering discounts and increased its marketing efforts in order to revive sales. Investors are recommended to sell shares in this company in April 1995.
