Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $9,377,712 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide funding for TRIDENT II Bangor Launcher Trainer Backfit and U.S./U.K. special alteration effort required for launch system fault panel/training stimulation system integration. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-99-C-0007).

Northrop Grumman Corp., Northrop Grumman Norden Systems, Melville, N.Y., is being awarded a $6,160,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-97-C-0073 to provide an increment of funds for the development of the generic acoustic stimulation system for Navy aircraft platform trainers in support of anti-submarine warfare missions. Work will be performed in Long Island, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
