Article Abstract:
Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc., Pascagoula, Miss., is being awarded an $6,446,280 firm-fixed-price contract for the docking selected restricted availability (DSRA) of the USS John L. Hall (FFG 32). The DSRA includes hull, machinery, electrical, piping and tank work. This contract contains options which, if exercised, would bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $6,700,000. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Miss., and is expected to be completed by April 1999. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with two proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-92-H-8022).

Work will be performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $21,900,982 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
