Novell's big push to push

Article Abstract:

Novell has successfully launched its push technology called Novell Support Connections Channel which supports the Intermind's Communicator client software. The program works by pushing information into a client's hard drive and alerts the user when new information about the company and its products is available. Novell's 15,000 customers have already subscribed to the push technology, which it is offering for free, since May 1997.
