PR firms organize to fight union activism

Article Abstract:

Public relations services firms are warning their clients of a resurgence in militant labor activities. These firms, which have began setting up labor relations units that will specialize in dealing with organized labor, point to complaints from rank and file workers that they have not received ample compensation despite the record performance of the US economy. The success of organized labor in unionizing previously unorganized labor sectors is seen as a sign of a revitalized labor movement.
