Packaging
Article Abstract:
Three jurors, John Carlin, Susan Sellers and Gary McNatton, chose the Packaging awardees for 1998 whose products included not only book jackets but also boxes and shampoo bottles, promotional kits, plastic bags and catalogues. Their criteria for judging were a package's fulfillment of a design's criteria, its execution, the way it communicates its content and if it stands out from the rest. The award-winning products are presented.
