Rather, the course is designed to help the firm's senior people survive the hurly-burly of their working lives with their health and sanity intact as the course literature says that it is designed to balance the needs of work, family, personal health and fitness.

Rewarding wisely

Article Abstract:

A combination of unhappy employees and huge remuneration for only a selected few at the top means companies must rethink their reward structures. Companies need to think and be flexible enough to provide something what the workers want just like they do it for their customers.
