Primavera Project Planner, Version 4.0
Article Abstract:
Primavera Project Planner is a management software for large projects based on a Project Evaluation and Review Technique network. It can generate more than 75 standard reports, including graphic forms, through its Penguin graphical user interface and its Primavision graphic software. Primavera, which has been translated into six languages, runs on an IBM-compatible computer with a 640-kilobyte memory and a 10-megabyte hard disk. A mouse and an EGA or VGA color monitor works well with the graphical interface. The software is complicated but offers many convenient functions.

How behavioral viruses afflict market strategy
Article Abstract:
Marketing executives must supplement economic decision-making with an analysis of behavioral factors which may distort the process. Behavioral influences on decision-making may arise from motivational, cognitive or emotional biases at the personal, group or corporate culture level. Cognitive biases, such as errors caused by selective perception, are often the least harmful. In general, however, these biases lead to costly marketing mistakes, as shown by the experience of big firms such as Atari and Coca-Cola. Such mistakes can be avoided with careful behavioral analysis.
