Q & A: Siebel ponders SFA future

Article Abstract:

Siebel Systems Inc has captured a 70% share of the market for enterprise relationship management systems. Its CEO Thomas Siebel said that the company is not only focused on providing large companies with its products but has also developed products for 20-, 30- and 40-user systems. He believes that the market for sales force automation software systems will continue growing but fierce competition among the providers will leave his company, SAP America Inc and Oracle Corp as the three successful rivals in the market.
