Sears opens "Tool Territory" nationwide

Sears has launched a the Tool Territory department that will sell Craftsman and 72 other tool brands. The Tool Territory section will average 10,000 sq ft in size and will feature a total of 18,000 tools. Subsections would be devoted to carpentry, woodworking, mechanics and general-purpose tools. George Kurkowski, Sear's marketing manager, said the company aims to give consumers a fun place to shop for tools, which would be staffed by friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

Hollywood Video opens library of free movies
Article Abstract:
Hollywood Video is making children's videos available for free to families with kids of all ages. Included in the program are titles from Disney, Fox, Jim Henson, Nickelodeon and Paramount. The videos would be available to consumers on a first-come-first-serve basis with no purchase necessary. Jeff Yapp, president of Hollywood Video, said the program is the home video chain's way of giving back something to the local communities it serves.
