Sprint runs 'Summer Movie Spectacular' promo

Article Abstract:

Sprint, a long distance telephone service firm, is launching a new promotion called Summer Movie Spectacular that offers customers a chance to get up to eight free movie tickets to the latest motion picture block busters. Customers can avail of the promotion if they subscribe to Sprint's long distance service that accords for two movie tickets free. The tickets could be used in any movie theaters to view any movie in the US. Customers could also claim two more tickets for each successive month for three months after subscription if their monthly bill reaches at least $10.

Sprint and Max Factor on board as partners for "Titanic" video

Article Abstract:

Sprint and Max Factor will introduce the "Titanic" video on Sep. 1, 1998 in a joint marketing promotion worth more than $50 million. The launch, supported by Paramount Home Video's marketing campaign, is expected to generated over approximately three billion consumer impressions in a five-month period. The Sprint marketing effort will have TV, print & online and in-store advertising at more than 5,000 Sprint retail facilities in RadioShacks in US. Max Factor, which launched a Titanic video campaign, has created the Titanic-inspired Fall line of color cosmetics.

The outpost is said to help boost the retailers' sales and provides added convenience both to the bakery management and shoppers, and is being accepted well in the market.
