Temporary consolidated return re-aim at liability tax shelters: duplicated loss disallowance regulations

On 14th March 2003, the duplicated loss disallowance regulations had been published to curb consolidated groups from benefiting manifold from a single economic loss or deduction. It adds that a subsidiary, leaving a group with contingent liabilities, is entitled to all deductions arising out of it.
