The secrets of successful empowerment
A study describes how empowerment acts within a corporate setting via several illustrations that establish the truths and corrects the misconceptions. Several business enterprises have the proper reasons for empowering their workforce but still end up unsuccessful. The empowerment process is not an instantaneous company-wide result.
