Article Abstract:

The Airstream travel trailer, the Rolls Royce of RVs, has been known for its aerodynamics. Since its introduction, it has undergone five major body changes. The design of the trailer poses three challenges. First, it must have the aerodynamics and performance of a car. Second, it must also have the comfort of a home. Thirdly, it should have the necessary space. The Airstream's design makes it 20% more fuel efficient than standard trailers. While its exterior exudes streamlining, the interior has amenities like washer/dryer, leather furniture and hardwood floors and fittings.
