The dominant thinking style of Australian and New Zealand managers is avoidance and those high on avoidance are poor time managers, constantly falling victim to procrastination and postponed decision-making. Those people with high avoidance are apprehensive, poor communicators and need self-protection that generates abnormally high stress levels.

The inability to appropriate deal with virtual reality is causing both organisational and personal distress. Orgainsational transformation addresses both the personal and organisational needs that are required to adjust to reality, an adjustment that is not tangible but virtual.
