Article Abstract:

The extend to which the businesses can recover the costs involved in the internal reviews are detailed and also, an attempt is made to find out in those case the kind of internal investigations do lead to litigation. In some cases, it is reported that wasted management costs are recoverable and at times, claimants received and recover their entire costs.

The low-cost airlines are facing tough time because of hike in fuel prices and competition from the traditional carriers. It clearly shows that low-cost airlines have to make changes if they want to survive in the competitive market for which they are exploring news ways to cut down costs and looking to the business traveler market for extra income.
