U.S. Banking Regulations and Foreign Banks' Entry into the United States
Article Abstract:
Foreign bank entry into the United States is documented for the last decade. Foreign banks do not dominate the banking market, but have contributed to the financial welfare of the United States. State and local banking laws need to be softened to enable United States banks to compete more effectively.

The Effects of the Current Turbulent Times on American Multinational Banking
Article Abstract:
Increased risks face multinational banks because of global recession and inflation. Regulation changes, improved technology, and in risk assessment have brought about changes in multinational banking in the United States. Adaptation to change has come through diversification and expanded services.
