Article Abstract:

The economic fallout from the disaster caused by the Hurricane Katrina and its possible effects on the US economy are focused. The economists from the National Association for Business Economics opine that although it will probably not cause recession, it will test the US economy's resilience in several ways that might increase the downside risks to the economy.
