Writing e-mail news releases

Article Abstract:

E-mail has become a preferred medium with journalists, reporters and PR practitioners to dispatch releases. But, the sad part of this practice is that the inboxes are filled with unwanted extraneous attachments, which are not worthy to be opened. The advantages for the e-mail releases to be in the text format only are delineated.
