Chinese ejected from BCPC event for a third time

Article Abstract:

The British Crop Production Council (BCPC) closed the stands of BSM Chemical Import & Export and Hangzhou Udragon Chemicals, both from China, during its annual exhibition and congress in Glasgow. The two companies were found to be infringing UK patent laws. Similar incidents in 2005 and 2006, and current patent issues, are discussed.
