EUROPE: STRATEGY/ACQUISITION FOR COSFIBEL

Article Abstract:

The new Belgian company, Cosfibel, based in Brussels, announced the acquisition of the French company, Roskoplast, based in Lons (Pyrenees-Atlantiques), which manufactures luxury transparent plastic packaging for foods and cosmetics. It also announced the acquisition of the Spanish group, Grumbe, based in Barcelona, which is a leading manufacturer of transparent plastic containers. These two companies will now have Bruno Van Nieuwenhuyse as its Director. Cosfibel aims to invest in the luxury flexible or semi-rigid plastic packaging, destined for the foods, textile, and cosmetics sector.
