The Franco-German pharmaceutical and agrichemicals group, Aventis, is absorbing six subsidiaries via the company, Laboratoires Aventis, including the laboratories Solymes, Cassenne, Hoechst Houde, Roussel Diamant, and the companies Specia, and Bellon. As part of a FFr 20mn capital increase operation, Hoechst Marion Roussel Interphar, based in Romainville, is also going to be absorbed by Aventis Pharma International, based in Antony, bringing a net worth of FFr 27mn.
