FRANCE: ELF ATOCHEM GIVES 5,000 PCS

Article Abstract:

Elf Atochem offered 4,000 computers to some 600 European schools between September 1998 and May 1999 (2,600 in France), while a further 1,000 units were given to associations. This is part of a computer modernization and recycling programme in France and eight European countries by French petrochemical company, Elf Atochem.

In a move to improve the handling of its Dorlyl range of products (part of a joint venture agreement with Shell Chimie) from Le Havre to the Villers-Saint-Paul site, Elf Atochem is to invest FFr 10mn into its port facilities at Le Havre .

ARGENTINA: ELF ATOCHEM ARGENTINA CREATED

Article Abstract:

French petrochemical company, Elf Atochem, based in Puteaux (Paris region), has opened a new commercial subsidiary in Argentina, called Elf Atochem Argentina. The new facility will be managed by Eric Schmitt.
