FRANCE: INVESTMENT PROGRAMME FOR PROCATALYSE

Article Abstract:

The catalyst processes company, Procatalyse, intends to invest around FFr 100mn on its site in Salindres (Gard) by 2005, which will include the installation of a catalyst extrusion and impregnation line by 2003. This comes as part of a plan to modernise its processes and industrialisation of new products, including mainly hydrotreatment catalysts, used in the refining of crude oil.

FRANCE: EURECAT UNVEILS FFR 72MN CATALYST INVESTMENT

Article Abstract:

Eurecat, a joint venture company of Akzo Nobel and Isis which turned over FFr 240mn with a staff of 200 in 2000, plans to inject FFr 72mn into a catalyst processing plant by 2002. Location of the future unit has not been decided yet. Eurecat is based in La Voulte-sur-Rhone , in the Ardeche departement of France.
