Article Abstract:

Alain de Laage de la Rocheterie has been made the new Chairman of Baikowski Soudage (Air Liquide), while Denis Deschamps has been replaced as administrator by Frederic Lamoureux. At Chemoxal (Air Liquide), Jean-Pierre Vervoort remains MD, while Jean-Marc de Royere replaces Yves Lyon-Caen as Chairman. Air Liquide Innovation also announced the departure of Pascal Vinet from its Board of Directors, and have appointed Alain de Laage de la Rocheterie.

FRANCE: NEW UNITS/CAPITAL INCREASE FOR AIR LIQUIDE

Article Abstract:

The French industrial gases group, Air Liquide, has made a contribution of assets to Air Liquide International, which has increased its capital to FFr 10.5bn. Air Liquide has also created the company, Air Liquide Sante Domicile, based in Gentilly (Val-de-Marne), with Richard Darmon as its Chairman.
