FRANCE: RHODIA AND CNRS PARTNERSHIP

Article Abstract:

Rhodia has signed a four-year frame agreement with CNRS , in an attempt to reinforce and structure their applied research operations. Patents issued from the partnership will be registered under both names, while the result of research will be owned by CNRS and Rhodia.

FRANCE: RHODIA TRANSFERS CHEMICAL ACTIVITIES

Rhodia Organique's capital, worth FFr 250,000, is to be increased by FFr 628mn as the French company's scope will include the r&d, production and selling operations of Rhodia Chimie's speciality fine chemicals. Rhodia Chimie reports FFr 2.88bn in capital assets. Both companies are based in Courbevoie .
