UK-based Johnson Matthey, in its annual report for the year ending 31 March 2007, announced that it has reorganized its divisional structure geared towards stronger marketing. Its new divisions - Fine Chemicals & Catalysts and Environmental Technologies - consist of integrated units from the former Catalysts division. The company's performance before and after the restructuring is discussed.
