Langmuir-blodgett films of poly(3-hexylthiophene) doped with the endohedral metallofullerene Dy@C82: preparation, characterization, and application in photoelectrochemical cells

Article Abstract:

Photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells based on the LB films of P3HT doped with are successfully constructed and characterized. A dramatic enhancement of the stable cathodic photocurrent is demonstrated for the PEC cells prepared by dispersing (C60) into the Langmuir-blodgett (LB) films of P3HT, with eta(sub e) and Plu being up to 16-fold and 9-fold higher, respectively than the same parameters for those made of pure P3HT.

Preparation, characterization, and photoelectrochemistry of Langmuir-Blodgett films of the endohedral metallofullerene Dy@C(sub 82) mixed with metallophthalocyanines

Article Abstract:

The preparation, characterization, and photoelectrochemical properties of LB films of Dy@C (sub 82) mixed with metallophthylacyanine (Dy@C(sub 82)/MPc) are reported. The report revealed dramatic in the photoelectric response for the different Dy@C(sub 82)/MPc.

Photochemistry of langmuir-blodgett films of the endohedral metallofullerence Dy@C82 in ITO electrodes

Article Abstract:

The photoelectrochemical response of the Dy@C82/AA LB films on ITO was investigated. The results indicate that the electrons flow from the electrolyte through the LB film to the ITO electrode.
