Acetylene chemisorption on Sn/Pt(100) alloys
Article Abstract:
Absorption and reaction of acetylene on a hexagonally reconstructed (5*20)-Pt(100) surface and two ordered Sn/Pt(100) alloy surfaces are investigated. This investigation used temperature programmed desorption spectrometry (TPD), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).

Orientation of benzene and phenoxy on the polar ZnO(0001)-Zn surface
Article Abstract:
Near edge X-ray adsorption fine structure at the C K-edge is used for investigation of orientation of benzene and phenol on the Zn-terminated basal face of ZnO. The result of phenol and benzene are the same as those obtained from metal surfaces.
