Novel soft chemical method for optically transparent Ru(byp)3-K4Nb6O17 thin film

Article Abstract:

An optically transparent Ru(byp)(sub 3)(super 2+)-K4Nb6O17 hybrid thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, AFM, IR , UV spectroscopies and elemental analysis. The cyclic voltammogram for Ru(byp)(sub 3)(super 2+) intercalated into a layered niobate K4Nb6O17 thin film on an indium tin oxide electrode exhibited a typical current-potential curve for Ru(byp)(sub 3)(super 2+).

Surface polyfluorinated micelles

Article Abstract:

It has been possible to synthesize novel cationic ammonium surfactants with a short polyfluorinated alkyl chain and a long hydrocarbon chain. These surfactants form surface polyfluorinated micelles in water.
